What was going on in your business and your life when we started working together? As an established design consultant, I had been successfully running my business primarily through referrals from my professional network.

However, I was starting to notice that my network was shrinking and the referrals were drying up. I was undercharging for my design work and struggling to position myself strategically with clients who saw me as just another freelancer rather than a strategic partner.

"I knew I was really good at what I did, but I wasn't showing everyone else."

How did you feel after one of our early sessions? e.g The Portfolio Review. It really opened my mind to how I'd been approaching things. I was in this comfortable bubble where I was well thought of and knew I was good at what I did. When that big contract ended, I assumed all those skills would just transfer to the outside world, but I quickly learned that wasn't the case.

I knew I was really good at what I did, but I wasn't showing everyone else that in my marketing.

One of the biggest eye-openers was realising that I talk very creatively all the time. Rosie helped me understand that it's okay to talk like that, but I also needed to be self-aware about who I was talking to and what they actually wanted from me.

What tangible results did you gain from our work together? I had a complete shake-up in how I approach money and pricing. I nearly doubled my day rate for new clients and increased rates across all my existing clients too.

My income tripled from the first quarter to the third quarter of working with Rosie. I also wouldn't have landed my biggest new client without the LinkedIn work we did together.

Those posts helped me reconnect with someone from my previous company, which led directly to new business opportunities.

What other results did you gain from our work together? The biggest result was getting my confidence back; getting myself back, really. It wasn't just about work; I hadn't realised how much I'd lost myself.

I feel like I've grown up in how I approach business.

"My income tripled from the first quarter to the third quarter of working with Rosie."

I've become much more self-aware and learned how to reflect on situations instead of just reacting. That's been incredibly valuable for both my business and personal life.

What other results did you gain from our work together? What helped me most were those significant moments - like when I went to a trade fair and felt completely different than I had the previous year. Being able to dissect those experiences with Rosie, whether through messages or in our one to one sessions, and having someone acknowledge the progress was really powerful.

I also appreciated that even small actions can lead to unexpected results. Those early LinkedIn posts I did didn't get immediate feedback, but they raised my profile and connected me with people who later became important for my business. It's not always a direct path, but the connections build up over time.
